Processing Orders
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-7 business days of receipt. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Sunday, excluding national holidays.

Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to the registered contact details provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, email us at drpremkumar@crescentbiologicals.com.before the order is dispatched. Address changes cannot be made once the order is picked up by the courier.
